1. Service description
The Service monitors user-defined keywords on Mercari (Japan)'s marketplace and sends alerts via Telegram/email when a matching new listing is found.
2. Independent nature of the service
This is an independent service, not owned, authorized, or endorsed by Mercari, Inc. or any affiliated company. The Service uses an unofficial API to retrieve publicly available listing data. As a result:
- Mercari may change its access mechanism at any time, causing the Service to stop working temporarily or permanently without prior notice.
- We do not guarantee the Service will detect 100% of matching listings, nor the accuracy, completeness, or real-time freshness of displayed data.
- We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any transaction between you and a seller on Mercari.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Plans and payment
The Service operates on a prepaid model: once you pay, you get access to the corresponding plan for a fixed period (e.g. 30 days). The Service does NOT automatically charge or renew your subscription — once it expires, you must actively pay again to continue the paid plan. Payments are processed via VNPay; we do not store your card details.

6. Prohibited conduct
You may not: create multiple accounts to bypass free-tier limits; use automated tools to abuse the system (mass registration, excessive API calls); or violate applicable law while using the Service. We may suspend or terminate violating accounts without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including missed purchase opportunities due to Service interruption.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with an updated date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
